Join Karen and Cathy for a free introduction to the CA(L)M™ Developmental Model of Becoming — a practical map for understanding adaptation, regulation, constitution, attunement, and the life you are still authoring.
This workshop is designed for people who are curious about CA(L)M™ and want a grounded, accessible way to understand the methodology before choosing a program or pathway.
We will explore how protective patterns form, why they become automatic, and why they are not flaws to be judged.
Learn how constitution gives us a starting point for understanding stress, strength, sensitivity, and recovery.
See how embodied practice helps the nervous system become more available for clarity, resilience, and self-authorship.
You do not need to know which CA(L)M™ pathway is right for you. The workshop is designed to help you understand the model and begin recognizing where your own journey may want support.
Karen Stephenson and Cathy are sisters, practitioners, and co-creators of the CA(L)M™ methodology. Their work spans coaching, sound therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, constitutional care, nervous system regulation, and human development.
Karen brings experience in education, coaching, nonprofit leadership, family systems, sound therapy, and transformational program design.
Cathy brings decades of clinical experience in physical therapy, acupuncture, constitutional care, and integrative treatment.
CA(L)M™ emerged from decades of practice, conversation, curiosity, and two sisters asking the same questions from different directions.
“CA(L)M™ is not about becoming someone else. It is about creating enough regulation, awareness, and capacity to consciously author what comes next.”CA(L)M™ Developmental Model of Becoming
