Step 2
Live session scheduling
During enrollment, families will select their preferred start date, age group, and general scheduling availability. You will not choose a specific class session at checkout.
Wayfinders will use enrollment and availability information to create the live schedule, including daytime groups for homeschool and flexible-schedule families and evening groups for students attending school during the day.
Before the program begins, each family will receive a consistent weekly student session and parent-group time. Student groups are capped at 30 participants, and additional sessions will be opened as enrollment grows.
Families should provide all times they can reasonably attend. We will make every effort to honor first choices, but a particular day or time cannot be guaranteed until class assignments are confirmed.

Choosing a start date does not reserve a specific class day or time. Final session assignments will be made after enrollment based on age, availability, and group size.

Before you enroll. Wayfinders is a facilitated group program that asks for participation over time — weekly sessions, the weekly story, and practicing tools in everyday life. It is not individualized coaching or therapy, and it is not content to consume all at once.
Fit and Commitment period. Families have 14 calendar days from the official program start date to determine fit, provided they engage in good-faith participation in orientation and opening activities. After that period, tuition is nonrefundable and payment-plan obligations continue, though transfers or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
